Foreword In this book Chester Kylstra presents truths for transforming one's business into greater success and prosperity. His approach is a step beyond what others have written. These are truly workable principles that have been proven to be a transforming experience for thousands of individuals. Some may wonder if the truths that transformed individuals to a better life could work as effectively with a business or organization. The simple answer is, “Yes,” because businesses and organizations are established and managed by people. If you can help the leadership, you can help the business. In the early 1990s, I heard that Chester and Betsy were bringing great help and transformation to individuals and married couples. I sent one of the 25 couples that serve on my Board of Governors to receive ministry from them. The Kylstras' ministry helped this couple so much that I required all my Board of Governors to go through their Restoring the Foundations ministry, as did my wife and myself. It was worth all the money and time spent to receive their ministry. Several couples felt that it brought such truth and transformation into their lives that things were “adjusted” that could have led to failure in their lives and marriages had they not received this ministry. Chester reveals how to find the root causes of a business not being profitable. He then enables the business leaders to put the axe to those hidden problems. When this is done properly, it will bring transformation to any business.
